**A podcast for REALTORS® on the go:** In* Your AREA* was introduced in August 2018, offering a monthly, bite-sized episode, all about things REALTORS® want to know.

**More about this month's episode: In this episode of In Your AREA, we are joined by [Madeline Sarafinchan of Jayman Realty (EDM) Inc](https://www.jayman.com/home-buyer-services/realty/). and [Prajitha Kurup of Polished Skills](https://www.civilityexperts.com/alberta/). Madeline and Prajitha chat about the various way in which REALTORS® can display etiquette in real estate, including working with difficult clients and agent-to-agent relationships. Prajitha shares some best practices for encouraging both safety and etiquette during the COVID-19 pandemic, how to dress for your role, and the unconscious judgments that impact our perceptions of others.

We hope you enjoy!**
