**A podcast for REALTORS® on the go:** In* Your AREA* was introduced in August 2018, offering a monthly, bite-sized episode, all about things REALTORS® want to know.

**More about this month's episode:** On this month's episode, [Bill MacDougall, Broker/Owner of Optimum Realty Group](https://www.optimumrealtygroup.ca/agent/1549/william-macdougall), chats with [Michael Litchfield of Thinklab Legal Education and Training](https://thinklab.education/about). They talk cannabis as it relates to real estate: from smoke drift, medical accommodations, and stigmas, to latent and patent defects related to grow-ops.

We hope you enjoy!
