**A podcast for REALTORS® on the go:** In* Your AREA* was introduced in August 2018, offering a monthly, bite-sized episode, all about things REALTORS® want to know.

**More about this month's episode: **This month, we are excited to have a conversation with [Ann Marie Lurie](https://albertarealtor.ca/page/ann-marie-lurie-bio), Chief Economist at AREA. Ann Marie’s unique experience as an economist interacting with the real estate industry in Alberta brings a tangible clarity and wisdom that all listeners will enjoy. We discuss external market factors, supply and demand dynamics, and even explanations of many commonly used terms in real estate statistical analysis.

**We hope you enjoy!**
