Approximately one week after receiving the enrollment, a specialist from National HealthClaim will call you. We offer personal training on your new Health Spending Account. Options include video training, a detailed phone call or detailed email correspondence.
The day before the plan starts, you will receive a Plan Administrator welcome email. This email links to further support articles to help you login to the account. We send up a follow-up email the next day with our support staff reaching out to see if you have any questions.
All employees listed on the plan (including yourself as the plan administrator) will also receive a welcome email when the plan goes live. This email shows you how to download and use the mobile app, ClaimSnap, to make your claims.
