Our mandate is simple: develop programs that help REALTORS® across Canada save money and run more efficient businesses. Every program decision is measured against that standard.
Our current programs include the following:

Area DRIVE
Area Drive, delivered in partnership with Shell, saves REALTORS® money on every fill through exclusive discounts on all grades of fuel.
Area Advance
Area Advance is a Canada-wide commission advance service offered in partnership with brokers. It gives REALTORS® immediate access to earned commissions, supporting consistent cash flow and greater financial flexibility.
Under the direction of the Services Corp. Board of Directors, these programs have grown into a portfolio generating $6.5 million in annual revenue, while continuing to prioritize cost savings for REALTORS® over profits.
